Con questo nuovo post intendo proseguire la nostra rubrica: camere ( o anche gabbie- loculi) degli studenti in giro per il mondo..

Bene, perchè come già scritto in precedenza non potete assolutamente negare l'esistenza e l'usanza diffusa tra gli studenti e ormai non solo, di un total-ikea. Basta aver visitato 2-3 case di amici in qualsiasi città per confermarlo.

OK, l' Ikea è conveniente ci mancherebbe altro, offre qualsiasi cosa a un prezzo modico, accessibile.

E ve lo dicono due che passerebbero interi pomeriggi li dentro,che non si lasciano sfuggire nessuna novità e che conoscono ormai ogni singolo prodotto: ma ci siamo accorte un bel giorno che ormai il marchio Ikea in casa nostra era ovunque!! Vi spiego..

ci sta finchè si parla di mobili, design per niente brutto e covenienza insieme.Mr Ikea le ha davvero pensate tutte: e per raggiungere l'obiettivo di monopolizzare più case possibili, tenta l'impossibile e inizia con i bagnoschiuma, i prodotti del bagno, gli asciugamani, le piante e per renderti ancora più dipendente come fosse una droga, offre all'uscita hotdog e bibita a 1 Euro, al ristorante una bistecca fritta con patatine ( la cd. wienerschnitzel) a 3.50 Euro.

Ora il 90 % delle persone affette come noi dal "total ikea" possono confermare che tutto ciò accade.

Bene. Ed è per questo che abbiamo deciso di disintossicarci un minimo e di darvi qualche dritta per aiutare anche voi. I nostri consigli continueranno, poco a poco vi faremo conoscere qualche sito, pubblicheremo foto di oggetti o mobili che secondo noi vale la pena acquistare o comunque conoscere.

In realtà questo post era nato semplicemente perchè volevo farvi conoscere, se già non li conoscete ovviamente, i nuovi Wall Stickers della Vinyluse; non sono i classici stickers con i pesciolini, i fiori e così via che si attaccavano una volta. Sono veri e propri oggetti d'arredamento come dice il sito ufficiale "versatili e dinamici" che si possono attaccare su qualsiasi parete liscia ed asciutta.

Well, because as already written above you can not absolutely deny the existence and the custom spread among the students and not only now, a total-ikea. Just visiting 2-3 homes of friends in any city to confirm it.

And I will say that two would spend whole afternoons in there, you do not miss out on any news and now they know every single product, but one day we realized that by now the brand Ikea was everywhere in our house! Let me explain ..

Favolosa!! La mia nuova borsa, da portare a tracolla o a mano, in pelle con la patta di chiusura leopardata. L'ho trovata a Sirolo, in un negozietto piccolino, ma pieno di scarpe e borse meravigliose. 

Le due designers Elisabetta Cosmo, per le borse realizzate interamente a mano, e Alice Vitelli, per le scarpe prodotte dall'azienda di famiglia, sono davvero brave, fantasiose e dallo stile un pò romantico.

Sia le borse che le scarpe sono realizzate in pelle e prodotti tutti made in italy.

Fabulous! My new bag, that could be worn over the shoulder or by hand with a leopard flap closure. I found it in Sirolo in a little shop, but full of beautiful shoes and bags.

The two designers Elizabetta Cosmo, for bags made entirely by hand, and Alice Vitelli, for the shoes produced by the family, are really good, imaginative, and they have a romantic style.

Both the bags and the shoes are all made of leather and products made in Italy.

Before going to sleep..

Oggi  girovagando un pò in rete nelle pause che mi concedo solitamente studiando, ho trovato una poesia che mi ha colpita, che ho voglia di pubblicare ora, prima di addormentarmi.

Parole di una grande poetessa scomparsa da circa 2 anni, Alda Merini. Una personalità strana, eccentrica segnata da situazioni familiari difficili e internamenti presso ospedali psichiatrici.

C'era chi la credeva pazza, chi geniale, chi insolita, chi purtroppo solamente fuori posto.

Da "profana" della poesia, ho potuto semplicemente amarla così, per il suo modo naturale di dare un senso alle parole, per la capacità di esprimere i sentimenti in modo forte, crudo.

L'adoro per la sua irrazionalità, per quel suo viso buffo e paffuto, per tutte quelle sigarette stroppicciate e fumate, per quei muri imbrattati di numeri e scritte di casa sua.

Today during the breaks I allow myself usually studying, I found a poem that struck me, that I want to publish now, before falling asleep.

Words of a great italian poetess, disappeared for about 2 years, Alda Merini. 

A strange personality, eccentric,marked by a difficult family situations and by internment in psychiatric hospital during her life.

There were those, who believed she was mad, or just a genius; some thought she was unusual and crazy.

Being ignorant in poetry, I could just love her so, for her natural way of giving meaning to the words, the ability to express feelings so strong, raw.

I love her for its irrationality, for her funny face, for all those smoked cigarette, for the walls smeared with numbers and pictures of her house.

 I wouldn't translate the poetry, the meaning of words would be lost, i'm sorry. :)

Quelle come me regalano sogni, anche a costo di rimanerne prive. Quelle come me donano l’Anima, perché un’anima da sola
è come una goccia d’acqua nel deserto… 

Quelle come me tendono la mano ed aiutano a rialzarsi, pur correndo il rischio di cadere a loro volta… Quelle come me guardano avanti, anche se il cuore rimane sempre qualche passo indietro… Quelle come me cercano un senso all’esistere e, qu...ando lo trovano, tentano d’insegnarlo a chi sta solo sopravvivendo… 

Quelle come me quando amano, amano per sempre… e quando smettono d’amare è solo perché piccoli frammenti di essere giacciono inermi nelle mani della vita… Quelle come me inseguono un sogno… quello di essere amate per ciò che sono e non per ciò che si vorrebbe fossero… 

Quelle come me girano il mondo alla ricerca di quei valori che, ormai, sono caduti nel dimenticatoio dell’anima… Quelle come me vorrebbero cambiare, ma il farlo comporterebbe nascere di nuovo… Quelle come me urlano in silenzio, perché la loro voce non si confonda con le lacrime…

Quelle come me sono quelle cui tu riesci sempre a spezzare il cuore, perché sai che ti lasceranno andare, senza chiederti nulla… Quelle come me amano troppo, pur sapendo che, in cambio, non riceveranno altro che briciole… Quelle come me si cibano di quel poco e su di esso, purtroppo, fondano la loro esistenza… 

Quelle come me passano innosservate, ma sono le uniche che ti ameranno davvero… Quelle come me sono quelle che, nell’autunno della tua vita, rimpiangerai per tutto ciò che avrebbero potuto darti e che tu non hai voluto…

Manca poco al mese di ottobre ed è tempo per molti studenti di cercare un nuovo appartamento il che comporta leggere milioni di annunci, vedere case su case, la grandezza, la posizione,  luminosa, a buon prezzo, ben attrezzata, abitata da gente per bene, ma soprattutto il difficile è scegliersi la propria stanza, nè troppo grande nè troppo piccola, dove si possa riposare, leggere, studiare, guardare la tv, ospitare gli amici e i parenti, mangiare (a volte), creare, costruire (almeno per quelli di architettura è così), ascoltare musica, fare ginnastica, suonare, recitare....e chi più ne ha più ne metta! La camera da letto dello studente diventa così un luogo versatile, modellabile a seconda delle necessità. E ancora meglio quando questo spazio viene caratterizzato da oggetti unici, diciamocelo, siamo stufi delle camere total ikea: letti malm, armadi pax, librerie expedit che ritroviamo negli appartamenti di ormai tutti gli studenti. Quindi l'idea di oggi è quella di arredare questo "mondo" con pezzi d'autore, ma anche con qualche oggetto ikea per dare un pò di originalità. Spero vi piaccia.. Voi come arredereste il vostro di "mondo"?

October is coming and it is time for many students to look for a new apartment which means millions of ads to read, see houses upon houses, the size, position, light, cheap, well equipped, inhabited by good people but it is especially difficult to choose his own room, neither too large nor too small, where you can relax, read, study, watch television, hosting friends and relatives, eat (sometimes), create, build (at least for architecture students), listen to music, exercising, playing.... and so on. The bedroom becomes a place of the student, versatile, moldable as needed. And even better when that space is characterized by unique objects, let's face it, we are fed up with rooms total IKEA: MALM beds, PAX wardrobes, EXPEDIT libraries now that we find in the apartments of all students. So the idea now is to furnish this "world" with author's pieces, but also with some Ikea furniture to give a bit of originality. I hope you like it. How would you do yours??

Si, credo sia insolito aprire un blog con una ricetta di torta alle mele. Anzi se ci penso fa anche un pò ridere. Però è questo il punto: questo blog è nato così, senza grandi progetti, senza troppe aspettative.

Due amiche poco più che ventenni, completamente diverse, ma alle volte del tutto simili, che abitano a Innsbruck e studiano una giurisprudenza e l'altra architettura, annoiate da un'estate spenta che sta già per finire, hanno deciso di "inventarsi" un blog. Un blog fatto di tutto e niente. Un luogo dove scrivere quello che si fa, quello che si vede e si sente, quello che si vorrebbe fare.

Alla base manca una chiara idea su quello che ne verrà fuori, ma è proprio questo forse ad incuriosirci di più!

Dunque il nostro primo post, è rivolto soprattutto a tutti gli studenti (magari più studentesse)che come noi, si sono ritrovate almeno una volta chiuse in casa causa maltempo. Che fare? La tivù ha stufato (noi nemmeno l'avevamo perciò :D), leggere si bello, ma dopo una giornata di studio anche no, giocare a carte si potrebbe fare, solo che in due diventa noioso (vince sempre lei) ecc ecc.... ecco che talmente annoiate e prive di ispirazioni, abbiamo avuto l' idea di fare una bella torta di mele.

Credetemi, è facilissimo, divertente e soprattutto da leccarsi i baffi! 

Vi lascio la ricetta che abbiamo trovato in internet, ovviamente in quanto studentesse un pò sprovvedute e prive di tutti gli ingredienti l'abbiamo un in parte cambiata a nostro piacimento ed è venuta buona comunque!

Ah, dimenticavo: mi piace cucinare, passerei le ore ai fornelli!! Se cercate una ricetta, vi consiglio il sitohttp://www.giallozafferano.it/ o ancor meglio, i video su youtube sempre di GialloZafferano.

INGREDIENTI:

• 4 mele da 800 gr. (dicono cosi in realtà noi non abbiamo calcolato)

• 1 limone o succo di limone (anche qui dipende dai gusti, noi abbiamo usato succo di limone già spremuto)

• 3 uova

• 150 ml di latte intero

• 125 gr di burro ( noi abbiamo aumentato la dose un pò a caso per farla più "saporita" .. insomma assaggiate l'impasto :D)

• 250 gr di farina

• 125 gr di zucchero ( ovviamente abbiamo aumentato la dose anche qui) 

• 3 cucchiai di zucchero di canna

• un pizzico di sale

• una bustina di lievito

Tempo di preparazione: 20 min

Tempo di cottura: 40 min

Tempo totale: 1 ora

PREPARAZIONE:

Sbucciate e affettate le mele a spicchio aggiungendo il succo di limone.

Sbattete i tuorli( quelli rossi tanto per capirci) con lo zucchero e aggiungete alle uova il burro ammorbidito e montate il tutto.

Aggiungete poi il latte, e versate poco a poco la farina con il lievito continuando a mescolare con forza. Insomma più mescolate più l'impasto sarà omogeneo.

Nel frattempo montate l'albume ( il bianco) a parte con un pizzico di sale. Incorporate poi gli albumi sbattuti con il resto dell'impasto.

Mettete ora le mele tagliate nell'impasto finale, mischiate un poco e versate il composto in una tortiera ( la prima volta non ce l'avevamo neppure e abbiamo messo in forno una pentola alta :D). Non dimenticatevi di imburrare la tortiera o avrete brutte sorprese al momento di girarla sul piatto una volta cotta. ( anche qui parliamo per esperienza! ) Bene manca poco: aggiungete dei pezzetti di mela che avete tenuto da parte sopra la torta per darle un bell'aspetto, cospargetela con un pò di zucchero di canna e infornate per 40 minuti circa a 180 gradi.

Non ne è mai avanzato un pezzo in casa nostra, vi dico solo questo!

Bene ora sapete come riempire un pomeriggio noiosissimo del vostro prossimo anno universitario, dove lontano dai genitori ognuno si improvvisa cuoco a modo suo!

Yes, i think that it is unusual to open a blog with a apple cake recipe. Rather if I also think it makes  a little bit laugh. However that's the point: this blog was born so, without great projects, without too expectations.


Two friends in their early twenties, completely different, but sometimes quite similar, who live in Innsbruck and studying case law and other architecture, bored by a summer off, which is already about to end, they decided to "invent" a blog. A blog about everything and did nothing. A place to write what you do, what you see and hear, what you would like to do.


At the base there is no clear idea on what will come of it, but that is perhaps more curious!


Believe me, it's easy, fun and above all mouth-watering!
I leave you the recipe we found on the Internet, of course, as students a little gullible and lacking all the ingredients we have in part changed at will and it came good anyway!

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 apples 800 gr. (they say so in reality we have not calculated)

• 1 lemon or lemon juice (again, depends on the tastes, we used lemon juice alreadysqueezed)

• 3 eggs

• 150 ml whole milk

• 125 g butter (we increased the dose a little at random to make it more "tasty" in other words .. taste the dough: D)

• 250 g flour

• 125 grams of sugar (of course we increased the dose also here)

• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

• a pinch of salt

• one packet of yeast

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Total time: 1 hour






PREPARATION:

Peel and slice apples into wedges adding the lemon juice.
Whisk the egg yolks (the red ones just to understand) with sugar and add eggs to the butter and whip it all.
Then add the milk, and pour the flour and the yeast little by little, stirring vigorously. In short, more and more mixed than the dough is smooth.
Meanwhile mounted albumen (white) to part with a pinch of salt. Stir in beaten egg whites then with the rest of the dough.
Now put the apples in the dough cut into the final mix a little and pour the mixture into abaking pan (the first time we hadn't there and we even put a pot in the oven high: D). Do not forget to butter the cake pan or you will have bad surprises when you turn on the dish once cooked. (Here we speak from experience!) Well it is almost: add small pieces ofapple that you have kept aside over the cake to give her a good-looking, sprinkle with a little brown sugar and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Not one has ever advanced a piece in our house, I say only this!

Well now you know how to fill a boring afternoon of your next academic year, wheresuddenly everyone is away from their parents cook their way!
